There are PokerTracker 4 statistics for that available in the Download Warehouse. 'Rakeback Stats Using 57.5% WC' is for cash games and there is 'My Currency Net Won + RakeBack' for tournaments.

If logging is already on then please reproduce the problem in your screenshot and then create/attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
