There isn't a way to export just observed hands in PT2.
You can export just your hands using the Export button on the Game Notes tab of the Ring Stats window.

That's not an error. It just means there are no email messages from PokerStars on your mail server. Did you already receive the emails from them into your mail client inbox? Also, is there a reason you aren't importing the hands directly from your hard drive since PokerStars will save them there now?

Are you using Vista? If so, it doesn't sound like you are always starting PT using 'run as administrator'.

Go to your PT program folder. Do you have file names there that end with _backup?

Get the 2.17.01g patch, then EMAIL the product ID as instructed when you purchased:

Also, you'll need to move any non-Hold'em hand files manually.

Please post one of the FreePHG hands here so I can see what it looks like. Also post one of each type of 12xxxx and 13xxxx hands here so I can test this.

PTH3 has not been released yet, so PTO3 and PTS3 are on the back burner for now.
