Re: DATABASE problems

Click Start type Event Viewer and click on it when it appears. Expand the Windows Logs section in the top left and click Applications. In the top center pane you should see errors relating to PostgreSQL. Click on one and tell us what the error text (in the bottom center) says.

If your iPoker client has not updated to the new software then Speed Poker will not work - this was detailed in the release notes for PokerTracker v4.14.9. Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it?

Presumably that is on regular tables and not Zoom tables? Please enable logging via "Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled", restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.

Is your PokerStars.app located in your Applications folder when you view it in finder? If not, please move it there. If you have any further trouble then please enable logging via "Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled", restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our supp...

Try adding the Gamehistory.dat file via ""Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Microgaming" instead of the setup assistant.

Do you have Windows Magnification enabled? PT4 does not support Windows Mangnification and you will need to disable it for the HUD to appear on your tables properly.
