That statistic is for tournaments so if you are trying to add it to a cash game HUD you will not see it. You can convert this to a cash statistic by selecting the stat in 'Configure -> Statistics' and then on the details tab choosing 'Options -> Convert'.

That's not possible either for the same reason. PokerTracker 4 only gets individual hand data from the table you are playing at so the specific point at which players are getting eliminated at other tables isn't going to be known.

There is a built-in statistic called 'Flop Bet Size' for that.
