Re: Rakeback line in the graph

I've searched for a custom rakeback stat for the Winning Network, but I've not found one. They use the contributed method. Any direction on how to go about this?

Thanks.

Re: Every hand imported is an error

The database update definitely needs to be done, or you will get problems. If you restart PT4 and your database wasn't updated properly then the process should start again – does that happen for you? No it doesn't. I even reverted to the old 4.01 version and then reinstalled the beta 4.05. It didn'...

Every hand imported is an error

I've just installed the latest beta. I play on americas cardroom. Every hand imported shows as an error; however, the data shows these hands have been imported. Also, when I downlaoded this beta version it told me I needed to update the database. I interrupted this process...now I'm not sure if I sc...

Re: Players on the River

Our importer knows at what date cutoff to look for what kind of hand. Could you attach one of these erroring hands to a support ticket for us? Sure. Also, if I export these old hands and then use those files as the import, will they have the same problem? Wondering if I need the original hand histo...

Re: Players on the River

Unfortunately for fixes like this a re-import can be needed. We avoid this wherever possible, but since we're still in Beta this can happen from time to time. When I go to import the old Stars hands, every hand is reported as an error. Might this be related to the recent change I noticed Stars made...

Re: v4.01.8

Please update again and if you see the same problem then let it run for a while (15 minutes, say) and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on. Th...
