The HUD is supported at PokerStars Zoom tables. Please read this guide for how to enable that.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking about something like this recently myself and I will discuss the possiblity with the development team when I have chance. It wouldn't be a small change so I wouldn't expect anything to be possible in the short term, but maybe in the future.

Unfortunately those graphs are not configurable and it isn't currently possible to display net adjusted results there instead of actual results. I will pass your suggestion on to the development team for consideration in the future though.
