I need to submit this to PokerTracker and I want to do so as soon as possible but I need a full PT log first. Unfortunately no one on our side can replicate it but it is very important to us to get this resolved as soon as possible so the full log will be greatly appreciated

There have been new versions released almost every trying to get problems solved quickly. They are downloaded automatically that's why you're seeing that. As far as missing profiles after downloading packs, that's a new issue for me. If you go into the PT4 HUD editor are you able to see the Edge MTT...

Thank you for the clarification. I did see one log that showed errors in the part of NC that attempts to translate the variable to the actual range and now version 2.7.0.17 does attempt a fix. If this doesn't fix it for you please submit a ticket to the PT4 system with your logs

If you try to manually add the stat NC.OrderedBadge to your HUD, does it appear in your regular PT4 stats list? Are you able to open notecaddy via the pokertracker+ menu and see that there are definitions on the list at the right?

I added stats to table hud (becuse standart edge mtt hug have no nc stats ) and the result was the same. I dont see any white spaces. Spaces for badges just like disappears . The nc log sent I responded to all the tickets and hopefully the new version resolves this issue. If not please send new log...
