PokerTracker 4 is a one time payment so you do not need to pay every year. The only products we offer with a recurring subscription fee are TableTracker and Table Ninja II.

That's something your poker site does then PokerTracker 4 reads the hands from where the poker site is saving them and this file can be in a number of different formats depending on the site. For further information you can refer to our site configuration guides here.

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it?

Have you added your friends name to an alias in PokerTracker 4? If you have then you would no longer be able to search for that name individually.
