Whether a HUD will work depends on the specific Partypoker client you are using. Unfortunately partypoker.com no longer provides downloadable hand history files as you play so a HUD will not work there but you can download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker...

You cannot reset the HUD like that but you can filter the data in the HUD for the last 300 hands using the 'last x hands' filter via 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options' however using that option disables the use of the database cache which can lead to slower data retrieval for the HUD.

Those are custom statistics and if they are in that HUD Profile you have imported then the statistics will be new to your database so your custom database cache will need to be rebuilt via 'Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Custom Cache Rebuild'.

I've tried a restore from a zip file , everything unzips as its supposed to How are you restoring exactly? If you are manually unzipping the backup file that's not going to work. A backup file is restored via the 'File -> Restore' option in PokerTracker 4 or via the 'Database -> Database Management...

If you are playing on PokerStars only 3 color ranges are allowed (the default color + 2 ranges) but if that isn't the issue then please attach your support bundle and exported HUD profile to a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly: Tutorial: Reporting A Problem
