PokerTracker and Holdem Manager are separate products and you cannot use a PokerTracker 4 code with Holdem Manager 2 (or vice versa).

The most straightforward way of doing that is to backup your existing data, install/reinstall PostgreSQL to your E:\ drive and then restore your data in the new install. PostgreSQL v9.3 is our recommended version and we have a guide for that here.
