In your screenshot you have '4 Tags Selected' so it is filtering your report to just the hands with those tags. Make certain that the drop down says "No Tags Selected" by selecting it and unchecking the checked tags and you should then see your hands again.

Deleting your hands won't just delete your stats/data it will also delete the stats/data on the other players involved in those hands as all that information is interlinked.

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and a screenshot so we can investigate that for you.
