Is this a PT Stud question? I don't have this email address listed as a PT Stud user.

Make sure the folder you are moving the files to is not underneath the folder where Stars is storing hands. Also keep in mind that PTS only moves Stud hands. Other game types must be moved manually.

OK, make sure you are letting PTS change your regional settings, Utilities > Regional Settings... Also make sure you have all your language settings in Full Tilt set the English. If that doesn't help - what does the error say now when you import ring games?
