Re: HH in SnGWiz format

The easiest way to get the hand history would be to right-click on a hand in a report and View Hand Details. The hand history text will be available in the window that opens.

Right-click -> Copy Hand History to Clipboard is on our list of features to add.

Re: Problem with imported custom PT3 popups

There are some bugs in the PT3 Hud import code. We'll try to fix it to the point where it will automatically convert most, if not all, of your custom stats for you. Unfortunately, we don't have time to get this out before the holidays, so look for it early in January.

Re: vsHero stats

This is a quote from an article we did: While PokerTracker has listened to its users and added a boatload of new features, the one hotly-requested feature not included in PT4 is versus-hero stats. PokerTracker actually created those stats and subsequently junked them. That’s right; they’re deliberat...

Re: Filter Not Working?

You shouldn't add the Game Type stat to that report. It won't behave as you expect it to due to the special grouping done with the "session by time" reports.

Re: Adjust session stakes and update cache

I believe we've come up with a solution to this cache update problem. We won't be able to implement it before the holidays, but look for it shortly after the new year.

Re: Anti-aliasing - my first impression

I think we've come up with a solution that will work for you. I don't think we'll be able to get it ready before the holidays though, so expect it in early January.

Re: Anti-aliasing - my first impression

I think what you'll need to do is change your hud profile to use a larger font. That way, when it scales down, it doesn't scale down to such a small font. I took a look at your screenshots. The text is readable, but does seem a little blurry. This is the fault of the font, not PT4. PT4 can't change ...

Re: Wrong Hud profile

In PT4, you go to File -> Show Data Directory, the log files will be in the directory that opens, NOT in the Logs directory. You should see PokerTracker4.log and PokerTrackerHud4.log. They might not have the .log extension shown on your computer.

Re: PKR

If I had to guess, I'd say sometime in the next few months. It really all depends on how well beta testing goes. If we encounter a lot of tough bugs, it might take us longer to get to it.
