How to import tourney summaries?

PT cant record my wins/loses correct because i dont know how to import the tourney summaries with the handhistories?
does any1 know how to fix this???

You'll import them same as hand histories but for most sites the summaries must first be obtained - you can see how to do so here: Pokertracker3 Tournaments FAQ

i play on full tilt. does this mean that i have to keep the tourney lobby open at all times to auto import the results?

It depends on whose results you're interested in. If you want all results from all players in the tournament you need to keep it open until the tournament completes, then close the lobby before FT does on its own (they have a bug that results in tournament summaries not being written if the tournament lobby is closed automatically). If you only care about your results, you can close the lobby as soon as you are finished with the tournament yourself.
