Installing fresh

I have an open support ticket (#100093) because the Hud won't work at all, but its already been 3-4 days and I realy need it working.
How do I go about uninstalling PT3 and then Installing it fresh, but in the meantime, saving my databases and stat so I can re-integrate them into the new PT3?

You had a reply to your original ticket post within an hour, and a reply to your follow-up post today as well.
