Revolution network; configuration tab not there

Postby Veus » Sun Sep 08, 2013 7:56 pm

Hello,

next to preferences, the configuration tab is not there. For all the other networks the tab is there. I use 3.14.5, but I can't configure Lock Poker like this. Please assist

Are you using a Mac? The Revolution software on Mac is exclusive to Lock and isn't supported; and is likely to remain that way unless they roll it out to the entire Revolution network.

If you're using Windows click 'Show Hidden Sites' to make it visible again.

I am using Windows Vista. Hidden sites is not necessary as I can find Revolution in the list of networks. When I click on Revolution in the list of networks, the 'configuration' tab next to the 'preferences' tab is missing. For all the other networks the configuration tab is there. Please assist

Are you using window magnification? If so, try setting the window zoom back to 100% and that may help. Also, try making the window bigger to make sure it's not there but just cut off.

No I don't use that, it has all the space to be there. And again, the tab is there for all the other networks!!

There is no function that removes that tab generally. Please send us a screenshot of what you see via our support system and we'll investigate further for you.
