microgaming invalid pot size

All of a sudden two days ago and yesterday most of the hands on unibet (microgaming) weren't imported because of the issue below shown by two examples:


Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #4334863902 (calculated pot: $48.00; reported winnings: $71.00) (Line #5806)
Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #4334867763 (calculated pot: $268.00; reported winnings: $289.00) (Line #5935)

Any idea why?

Did you recently have a software upgrade? I heard recently that there might be an upgrade coming out that would break import support for certain skins.

same problem. since the microgaming update the import is totally messed up...

Could you please attach a copy of your gamehistory.dat file to a support ticket for us so that we can investigate what we need to do to get things working with their new software?

Hi guys,

I have the same problem with Unibet (Microgaming). Since it is reported several times already, please provide us with some workaround at least?
There was a workaround in past to clear database after each session, but this does not help anymore...

Which is the ticket I should follow to track the progress?
