just upgrade to Beta version 3.13 and that's the message I started getting after 5 imported hands... anyone knows what's up?

What operating system do you use?
What language are your regional settings in?
If you change regional settings to English does it work then?

Same problem here...I use WIN XP, regional settings in CZ. I changed it to ENG and tried to import hands manually but didnt help.
EDIT: now a new sng is being imported fine (under eng reg. settings)

yesterday before the beta update it works fine and after the update this....

I`m using Win 7 Home Premium
and my language setting is english

Thanks for the information - we have found out what causes this and the development team are working on a fix.

In the meantime, it isn't the language as such which causes the issue - it is the regional settings for currency.
If you go to regional and language settings in Control Panel, and pick English for the Standards and Formats section, so that currency is shown as $1,000.00 (the currency symbol doesn't matter - it is the comma and decimal point which are important) and restart PT3 it should work OK.

Just a heads up: Im having the same issue with the mac version of PT3 under Lion (10.7.4, in german - pokerstars logs in english ofc).
It seem that sometimes quit / restart work for a couple of hands before it break again.

I changed the reginal settings but manual import of partypoker hands does not work.

This is only on tournament hands. Cash hand are fine with the adjusted reginal settings.

the same proplem to me. Windows XP, PL locale. Previous version worked fine. Problem starts after upgrading. Is here any way to downgrade?

This is a known issue with the latest beta - if you change your regional settings as WhiteRider explains above that should fix things as a temporary measure until we have a new version available.
