Pacific Poker Problem

Hello,

I recently purchased Pokertracker V3 and have beta 25. however, I am unable to search players on that site under the Texas Holdem Tournament tab nor can I view my files that were said to be saved with my pacific hand grabber. Can anyone assist?

Have you tried importing the old files via the manual import tab? If so, and the hands imported, try clicking Clear on the Texas Holdem tab and see if that helps.
