Unable to connect to database

My PT3 has worked fine for a long time.. today i reinstalled my whole computer and thereby reinstalled my PT3. When I installed it again and started playing it worked fine. But in the next session it did not. My Pokertracker 3 tells me "Unable to connect to database; Pokertracker 3 database)

What is wrong? :S i have this version:

Did you try rebooting again?
After you start PT3 do you see any postgres.exe processes in Task Manager > Processes?

What firewall are you using? Some of these can prevent access to postgres - did you update it when you reinstalled?
