Cant use HUD with Full Tilt MATRIX

Hi,

i dont know if its cause to a new update from full tilt. But the hud dont work with matrix(4 tables - 1sng) anymore. It works fine in all other games.
Any solution ?

I guess you're using Build 5.1 if it's working for other tables?

Please enable logging and play a single matrix tournament then send us the log files along with the hand history and a screenshot of the table via a support ticket so that we can investigate.

Did you create a ticket about this? I can't remember seeing one, and I can't see an issue for this in our bug tracker. What is your ticket number (S1ref)

You're using Build 5.2, right? ..and this is still an issue?

I know that the development team were working on some issues after the latest FTP update a couple of days ago so I'll make sure they're aware of this.
If you could submit a Bug Report and post the ticket number here I'll make sure it gets to the devs ASAP.

i am having same problem. thought i was an isolated case. wtf is going on. it worked one in ten times. is full tilt disallowing this from happening as u can get info 4 times faster. this is tilting me up. any help much appreciated.

I've always gotten my HUD working on the few Matrix tournaments I've played - could you follow WhiteRider's link and report your symptoms as well? The more data we can get on this one, the better.
