Configure PostgreSQL Database(Not Responding)

I just downloaded the newest version of PT3 along with the upgrade.

When I attempt to start PT3 I get this message: PokerTracker was unable to communicate with registration server. Please make sure that your firewall is not blocking PokerTracker from accessing the internet.

I then press OK and the message reappears. I press OK once more and the following message appears:PokerTracker was unable to communicate with registration server. Please make sure that your firewall is not blocking PokerTracker from accessing the internet.

I then press yes, and continue trial. That is when, Configure PostgreSQL Database(Not Responding), appears.

What do I do now?
