FTP Tourney HUD a mess

Postby shogun » Wed Oct 21, 2009 6:41 pm

Hi, every time I play a tournament at Full Tilt all the HUD layouts are either under the wrong players, in a spot where there is no players, or I have multiple HUD's overlapping each other in a spot for 1 player. I keep fixing it and saving the layout, but then when i switch tables or start a new tourney they get all jumbled again. Im using the latest version of PT3 from Oct 1.

Do you use Vista (or Windows 7) and if so have followed the steps in these:

Required disabling of Vista's UAC (steps 1 - 6 only)
Running Poker software as "Administrator" (see "ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users...")

The Full Tilt software was installed choosing "English" if offered a language option?

Open a ticket so we can see what's going wrong: http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=20464

You'll want to enable logging and play until the problem occurs then return the logs to us.

If you're playing short-handed tournaments you'll need to enable the 'adjust qualifying tables limits' option.
IF you are using Auto Center please see the Tutorial: Preferred Seating.
