problem importing from Titan (ipoker)

Postby JD Williams » Wed Oct 28, 2009 7:33 pm

PT 3 stopped importing from Titan. It gave the message: "unable to connect to Database: Titan". I manually imported the hands from the session and results were recorded on some tabs but on others. I get either: "unable to connect to Database: Titan" or "invalid postgre SQL connection object".

What can I do?

Have you rebooted your computer? If not, please try rebooting and see if you can connect to the database properly.

Check that you don't have any filters set - click 'Clear'.
If you can see the info on some tabs then it's in the database.
If that doesn't help please report your problem with screenshots, etc, so that we can investigate further.

Mike:

I pruged the manually imported session and then re-imported it. It's the same file, but now everthing seems to work and the data are correct. Go figure!

Thanks, Doug
