Hello. I recently upgraded to beta 30.8 and now I get no stats whatsoever when I play RUSH poker. Before when I ran beta 30.5, the HUD for RUSH worked perfectly. Please help. Thank you.

Under the Cash Games -> Texas Holdem tab:
* Click Settings
* Click the Performance tab
* Make sure Enhanced Hud Performance is UNCHECKed

If that wasn't the problem then please report your problem so we can take a closer look.

I am giving PT3 a shot because I would like an HUD that works with my Mac (Leopard) on RUSH.

I can get the HUD to work in regular non-RUSH games, but not in RUSH.

I can't find the "Enable Rush HUD" option....All I can see under the Full Tilt Configuration tab is "Auto Center."

Can anyone shed some light onto this? My RUSH hands are being imported correctly.

Thanks!

Due to the strict security policy of Mac OS X we currently have no ETA for when Rush will work on Leopard. (Snow Leopard is even worse in this regard.)

It means that an application is not allowed to interact with another application - in this case PT3 can't interact with Full Tilt to find the information it needs to see who is at the table.

ETA is Estimated Time of Arrival (when it will be done).

I cannot make the HUD work on Rush Poker.
I've followed the steps below and still doesnt work.

If you are not seeing stats on the HUD, please try these steps.

1. Make sure your hands are being auto imported. PT3 Importing FAQ
2. Your poker client must be installed in English (not just writing hand histories in English). Please re-install it and choose English if you are given the option.
3. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, make sure that both PT3 and your poker client are configured to Run As Administrator. Disabling 'User Account Control' (UAC) makes things easier, but you still need to run all your poker software as administrator.
4. On the Configure HUD / HUD Options:
* Check the Filters section: Disable "Show stats for current limit only".
* Set "Minimum Hands Required" low - you will not see stats for a player until they have this many hands in your database. Note: if you are using multiple databases, the minimum hands must be in BOTH database individually, not combined.
* On the Group tab make sure the Translucency setting is not all the way to Clear.
* Make sure the correct database(s) is/are selected.

If you still can't get the HUD to appear please report your problem so that we can check your configuration and troubleshoot the issue.

What should I do?
