Getting Error when Improting hands for FT

Postby Eav1981 » Wed Mar 24, 2010 11:36 pm

Im getting an error when i try to import hands from Full Tilt, i have made no changes of any kind and everything was working before hand

the error reads

2010/03/24 23:23:33: Full Tilt: Unable to import hand (#19538272543). Reason: Unable to execute query: COPY holdem_hand_histories FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: could not open segment 3 of relation 1663/98884/127118 (target block 405491174): No such file or directory CONTEXT: COPY holdem_hand_histories, line 1: "2150868 Full Tilt Poker Game #19538272543: Table Smelly (6 max) - $5/$10 - Limit Hold'em - 23:22:53 ..." )

I get no errors when trying to import hands from Tournaments, and i tested it on play money as well (No error on play money either). Only in cash games

any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Please run Database > Housekeeping with just the ReIndex option enabled (if you're not using Beta 30.8 you'll need to update).

Download page
PT3 Build History / Release Notes

If that doesn't fix it then the second reason for this error is a result of faulty hardware. You can set PostgreSQL to ignore these errors by clicking Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Configuration Files --> Edit postgresql.conf. In the configuration file that appears, go to the bottom of the file and add the text “zero_damaged_pages = on” on a new line and then save and close the file. Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Reload Configuration and PostgreSQL will ignore the damaged data. If you continue to have problems with that hard drive, you should consider replacing it.
