Not importing correctly

PT3 has been working fine for months now all of a sudden my hands are not importing properly. Im playing on UB and in PT it is showing the date and number of sessions im playing but not importing the hands.

Please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section of the forum - PAHud is a separate application which only works with PT2.

UB have recently changed some of their configuration, including where they write their hand histories.
I think that they changed the path from Ultimate Bet to "UB" or "UBCom" so you will need to update PT3 to import from the new hand history folder, in Auto Import > Cereus Configuration.

UB is still writing hand histories to the same folder but PT for some reason is only picking up the sessions not the actual hands.

Under Import it looks like this:

Cereus Network: Loading hand history file: C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\xxx\IHH20100909 Messinia St - Hold'em No Limit $0.25(Real Money) Table 24522887.txt

The HUD is working for people i already have hands on but not importing new ones.

If the sessions are shown in PT3 then the hands have been imported - please check that you don't have a filter enabled: click Clear.
Or is the import not reporting any hands being imported?

If that doesn't help then please report your problem so that we can investigate further.

The import is not reporting new hands being imported. I have reported the problem as well.
