NL25 hands not being picked up until NL10 hands imported!?

Today was my first day to start out a session at NL25. My hands didnt show up in PT. Then I started a NL10 hand and all following NL25 hands showed up bar the once I played before. Is there somehting I miss about my licence?

No those should work in the micro stakes license too - where were things not showing up? In the main PT3 window you do need to click the Refresh button in order to get new data.

Solved. Something off with the "today" filter. I reset "my day starts at" from 5 pm to 4 pm and it shows the missing hands. However I was playing them past 6 pm...

Do the hands show as being played at the right time?

Actually no. There seems to be an offset of 2 hours. I believe there has always been a difference of 1 hours which seems to have increased now. I exchanged computers inbetween but the regional settings have been the same. Anything I could do here?

Do you have the proper time zone set on your computer? If so, could you attach the hands in question to a support ticket and let us know what time zone you use so that we can figure out why these are displaying improperly for you?
