Have you added any statistics to that particular report?

I don't understand what you mean. There is nothing imported by 888poker. The HH of 3 months.

Poker770, Pokerstars and Partypoker are working well.

I can send you the HH, if you want, or some logs - tell me, what you need.

I'd seen, that the HH of 888Poker isn't formated, only text without any linefeeds. Is that normal?

No, that is not normal and will definitely affect the import.
Are these hand history files written by the 888 software? They should have separate lines for each part of the hand history.

Hi -

"Hand grabbers" are 3rd-party tools for creating hand history files a tracking tool such as PokerTracker3 can import but since just about all sites create their own hand history files now one really doesn't have a need for hand grabbers anymore.

For the hands you're having the trouble with, it might be best to *attach* a couple of them to a ticket here so we can take a look: https://www.pokertracker.com/contact/newticket.php?cat_id=1072

Make sure to attach the originals and not paste into the ticket.

Incidentally it's not unreasonable that the site had some kind of temporary issue that caused the trouble meaning it could clear up on its own so first try closing your poker site software and re-opening it to see if it updates itself.

Hi,

first I have some news about this:

Today I'd the idea, to look the HH with some Linux-Editors (beaver, leafpad, geany, Wine-Notepad). At all of than the HH of 888Poker has normal linefeeds. But all the other used pokerrooms have the linefeeds in XP-Editor, too.

Maybe that is the problem? A simple bug in the HH, so that the XP-Editor deletes all linefeeds?

I send you my handhistory at that link.

Thanks

We have replied to your ticket - in case someone else finds this thread make sure that you're running the 888 client in English language as doing so should resolve the issue.
