problem saving results

i had a session of 10 sit and go turbo at pokerstars, when i finished my session, i looked pt4 and the results was not there.
i played one more sit and go, when i finished( with the table still on), i refresh the page of pt4 and the result was ok, but when i closed the table i refreshed again, and the result was lost like i have never played it,
what is going on? ty
