Pokerstars tournaments not showing stats????

I can't see stats on pokerstars, it works on some other sites but not ps.
I got the smallstakes version, but it should work for 8.80$ tournaments so I don't know what's the problem!

Are your hands importing successfully? Do you have PokerStars set to play in English?

Yes it in english. It says something like "observed pokerstars hand but not imported"

Make sure you have PokerStars set to save your hands and PT4 set to import them -- see this part of the PokerStars Configuration Guide for screenshots and more details.
