I thought you said it didn't let you save the file?
Were you able to complete APerfect10's instructions?

If so, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.

Yes, i did everything perfect 10 said after you helped me save, but it did not work.

Are you getting exactly the same error as the OP?
If it's different, please post the error message here.

Im not sure if it's the same log as the OP but PT3 stopped working once i turned off my CP in disgust at a dissapointing outcome...after that it would display the HUD every once in a while but did not update hands. Here is the current error log:

OK, try using the Database menu to cluster, vacuum, analyse the DB.
If that doesn't help I'll ask Derek to take a look at this thread.

Still nothing.. I'd appreciate you asking someone as PT3 has been down for a day or two now

This could be because of data corruption caused by a computer crash. Please try reindexing your database by going to Start -> Programs -> PostgreSQL -> Command Prompt. In the prompt, write "reindexdb -a" and press enter. This process might take a while if you have large databases.

It asks for a password when i do this, which password is it requesting? When i run as an administrator it does not recognize the code.

It asks for your PostgreSQL password. If you have forgotten your PostgreSQL password, please see the following guide:
