Postby sidseus » Sat Jun 01, 2013 7:40 pm

Hi,
My Secunia PSI is telling me that my PostgreSQL 8.3 is insecure and I need to update it to 8.4. How do I do this?
Thanks.

Honestly if you're going to upgrade at all you should upgrade past 8.4 to 9.0. The easiest way to do that is to back up your databases via File -> Backup, uninstall PostgreSQL 8.3 per our instructions and install 9.0 as explained here.
