BACKUP
- Set database A active.
- Make a note on a player (e.g. on the Cash Games > General tab by clicking Edit in the Notes section).
- File > Backup.
- Tick database A on the left, the database with the notes you want to transfer.
- Enable the "Aggregated Notes" option and ucheck all the other options.
- Click "Backup Now", choose a filename and note where you save it.
- Copy the file to your other computer, or save it on the network, or whatever.
RESTORE
- Set database B, where you want to copy the notes to as Active.
- File > Restore
- Select your backup file.you saved
- Aggregated Notes option should be enabled, with everything else greyed out (if notes was the only thing you saved).
- Click Restore Now.
- Click "Yes" to the "Merge aggreaged notes into active database?" prompt.
- Check the Status window to see if it worked.
- Click Close.
- Click Refresh.
- View the player you added the note to and you should see your note.
I just did exactly that..
