With more than one database, is it possible to run reports on all of the data at once; or are reports limited to just a single DB?

Reports are limited to a single database, I'm afraid.

Any plans to have reports span multiple DB's, or is that not technically possible?

It would require some pretty major changes - it's been requested in the past but I would not expect to see that sort of functionality for a while at a very minimum.
