Not seeing stats on Pokserstars

Hello,

I have checked all what you say in the "not seeing stats, read this first"'s section but I still don't see any stats.

I use pokertracker v2 (full version latest patch) with PAH v1.19.10.4 and I have windows XP.

What should I do ?

Do you have PokerStars installed in English?
Are the hands importing correctly into PT2?
Do you have the correct databases selected in Options > Preferences > Databases?

If that and the PAH Support Wizard doesn't help please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
