hud not loading ongame tables...

hi all...

installed everything and... unbelievable, it worked!
but today i had to see that while my ipoker stats were shown, the ongame tables were blank- no stats from the hud (hud didnt show the tables)!

one day its working, the other day not?
that sounds strange... please help me...

can the reason be that i deleted the "old" hand history?
pt always noted that there are many hands in the hh folder (appdata\P5\...)- so i deleted them by hand...

plz help me, arnd

Moving those old hand history files is a good thing.
Is OnGame now writing new hand history files while you play?
Is PAHud configured to watch the folder that they are written to? Options > Preferences > OnGame?
Is PT2 importing the hands OK?

first of all, thx 4 the quick answer...

yeah, ongame was writing these files while i played the hands....
the hands were also imported in a right way!

TODAY IT WORKS AGAIN!

but im only playing ongame tables at the moment...
when the problems appeared (yesterday) i played 2 ipoker and 2 ongame tables...
the ipoker tables were shown correctly (by hud) while the ongame tables werent!

i will test it later in the day (ongame and ipoker tables together)...

hi all!

sorry to say it... but today i experienced problems (again)!

opened pt, hud and the two sites where i play (an ipoker and an ongame site)- looked 4 tables...
first table was an ipoker table... everything worked fine- the next three tables were ongame tables...
no stats were shown on these (ongame) tables!!
the hands were correctly loaded to pt... i also checked the hand history (ongame writes it to a special folder... like applic data\p5.. etc)- the hh was written correctly...

is there a problem in combining different networks?
well, i played very much (like two years ago) and i remember that there was no problem in having different sites!

Please update to the latest PAH version 1.19.10.4 - download it here, and make sure that PAHud is configured to watch that new hand history folder.

If you still can't get it working (and the PAH Support Wizard doesn't help) please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and attach the PAHud.log file to this ticket so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

hi whiterider...

i really dont wanna nerve u, but my problems (my hud problems) are very very strange!
of course i red ur last post- but i couldnt provide the "log file" cause i was involved in several tables...

everything worked out- like the last days... 3 ongame and 1 ipoker table...
i changed the min. required hands in the hud (from 25 to 10, cause i wanted to see any data)!
when hud "reloaded" the tables he only saw the ipoker table!
even i closed the hud... started again... he didnt see the three ongame tables...

i would say its like everything works very stable with ipoker, but with ongame there are "stability" problems...

The OnGame software can cause some problems, but it should be working.
If you can reproduce the problems please send us a log file.

Alternatively, you might want to try the 60 day free trial of PT3 which has a built in HUD and works well at OnGame.
Support for PT3:Holdem will end at the end of March anyway so you'll need to update at some point if you play holdem. (Announcement)
