PT3 Hud Change Profile problem

I have been looking on the forums for help and am confused. I loaded 2 layouts from this site successfully. One is for tourneys and one is for cash. When I start the hud and click on the PT3 icon I do not see Change Profile in the list. Under Configure hud options the profiles appear in the list. The only things in the list for Change Profile are.

Configure stats
Save Layout
Reset
Show last hand
Treat as
Mark Hand for Review

What am I missing?

Any help is appreciated.

Have you stopped and restarted the auto import process since you imported those HUD layouts? If not please try doing that.
