Big Bets/ Big Blinds

Hi

PT2 had the option tu turn big bets into big blinds. On PT3 I dont see the option, can it be done?

In NL games the BB/100 are still big bets? So in a NL200 (1$/2$ blinds) the big bet would be 4$?

Ok, Ive put the numbers and for NL200 (1/2 blinds) the BB (big bet) is 4$. Can it be put for Big blinds?
