Not receive my registration code

I buy Poker Ace Hud on pokertracker.com via paypal, and i don't receive my registration code. I try with automated system with my e-mail, but don't work :

How long did you wait for the registration code? The automated system can take a little while to get updated.

I have buy at 1PM GMT+1 and i retry the automated system, but not work always.

You seem to have bought PT3, and PAHud does not work with PT3 (only PT2).
If you want your PT3 code you can find it in My Account > Registration Codes in the Side Navigation bar.
