I see that there are some options to see previous hands as you play; however, I'm wondering if there's something I can add to the hud to show the previous last 3 hands with winner and amount like HEM has.

You can see the last few hands results via the PT Icon if you click on it under the mark for review section. Note that this is only for PT3, not PAHUD.

Import this group into your hud profile. It will display the last few winners of hands and the amounts they won and a few other table stats.
