Trouble with 1.19.6

Postby duathlon » Thu Mar 27, 2008 12:09 am

I downloaded two beta versions of Pokerace today and paid for registration although I didn't see a way to register the beta version. On my first computer the download went fine and it worked fine. On my second computer it's not working. It's version 1.19.6
All my previous settings appear to be the same and I don't know what to do to get it to work. It's showing stats in the table corner but not with any numbers.

Is the problematic computer using Vista? If so, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling and see if that resolves the issue.

If that is not the problem, enable logging, open your poker client, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/afu]Support system[/urlafu] so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue. We will get it working for you :)

Changing the user account fixed the problem.
I purchased this software for the second time. With the new website and downloads I assumed I need to do this - was that correct?
Thanks

No, you did not need to purchase again....at least you'll get the full $25 back if/when you upgrade to PT3 ;)
