HUD not displaying on Bodog

I have the trial beta version. I have turned off ESET NOD32. I have read all the online instructions but cannot figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

as an update to the earlier post, and i don't know if this is relevant to the previous.

i keep getting an error message in the "Import status:" area which says:

"Bodog: Unable to import hand (#.....). Reason: Please register the Texas Holdem version of PokerTracker in order to import Texas Holdem hands"

Click Help -> Register and click the "Begin My Hold'em Trial" button and then things should start working for you. You need to opt in to the hold'em trial now as PT3's Omaha support is maturing.
