poker tracker not working for my cash games absolute poker

My tracker only works for tournament games not the cash games. can someone help? I play on absolute poker site.

Cereus (AP) updated their software and if the last version of PT2 was released before that then it will not work, and PT2 is no longer being updated - see this announcement.

Latest versions of PT3 work fine with Cereus.

I just signed up for Poker tracker yesterday so I belive I have the latest updated version for holdem. The tracker works fine for my tournament games but It does not work for my 1/2$ cash games.

Then please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

You will need to be using v3.07.6 Beta, not v3.06.2, and that is lower down the Download page so you may have the wrong version.

is there a customer service number I can call?
I also need to know if I can cancel this order if necessary? I paid with my credit card on monday, and it said I get a free trial.
