registration needs updating

my old laptop where I used to run PAHud on crashed and I got a new one.
i installed PAHud on the new laptop and wanted to copy the registration code from the old one. however I get the error: your registration needs updating.
this is probably caused due to the fact that i can only start the old laptop in secure mode and dont get access to the internet. i then requested the reg code by submitting my e-mail address as recommended in the support wizzard but the return mail says there are no registrations under my e-mail adress, even not under my old one
in the old help txt file of PAHud there is a somewhat registration number mentioned which I dont want to spread in public here.

please let me know what to do or if i need to post in a different forum or a pm

Make sure that the date on your computer is correct.

If that is not the problem, lets make sure that you are using a correct code. Send me a message via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/index.php5mo]Support system[/url5mo] with the possible email addresses that your registration code would be under.
