Beta9

A few questions:

1. Should I remove PAHUD from computer now (as PT3 has own HUD)?

2. Should I remove PT2 from computer?

3. Why am I playing against old opponents with only their new stats appearing (despite playing over 75,000 hands since June)? I have checked-off both databases that appear (PT2 stats took over 5 hours to upload 2 files [343 Mln. Kb & 244 Mln. Kb) via FTP program and then download to new CPU (could not burn CD of files as CD tray on old CPU no longer works).

  1. If you are playing on a site supported by PT3 and are comfortable moving entirely to it then go ahead :) I do not think I would uninstall these programs just yet until you solely use PT3 for awhile and determine that PT2/PAH are no longer needed.
  2. See above.
  3. Do you have any filters enabled such as 'Show Stats from the Current Session Only'? Options->Preferences->Filters

If not, enable logging, open your poker client, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that I can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue. Of course, if you switch permanently to PT3 you do not need to do this ;)

On the PAH preferences dialog (first page IIRC). Make sure you close and re-open PAH after you enable logging.

... but I am using the PT3HUD. Where is the `enable logging' on that program?

Ah, it sounded like you were asking about PT2 and PAH.
PAHud.log that Derek referred to is from PAH, not PT3.
PT3 already has logging enabled as it is still in beta. The log file is PokerTracker.log in the PT3 directory.

So then... I guess my question is... why is my 75,000+ hands played with PT2 not being added to player stats? As yesterday, an opponent and I had played over 150 hands on PT2, but his stats began again at hand #1 .

In PT3? Did you either convert your database or reimport your hands? The PT3 database is completely different from the PT2 database therefore PT3 is not reading the stats from your PT2 database for the HUD.

In PT3, I tried to import hands from PT2 (PTrack.MDB and HHDB.MDB files) but message read `Unrecognized File Format' and `0 hands in 1 file imported' for each. I also tried to convert hands with no success.

AND... for some unknown reason, I have not had a single session (in ring games or tournaments) that has register in PT3 after first few sessions since 11:45 PM on April 24th. Any ideas why? I do begin the importing each time I start PT3.
