PokerTracker Holdem v2: End of Life – March 31, 2010

Postby APerfect10 » Thu Sep 17, 2009 12:59 pm

As of March 31, 2010, PokerTracker Holdem v2 (PT2) will no longer be supported. The next generation of PokerTracker (PT3) was released on May 15, 2008 and by the PT2 end of life date will be just shy of two years since PT3 was released. This will free up much needed resources which we will be able to dedicate to continue to improve upon PT3 and provide exceptional customer service.

What does this mean to you?
  1. There will be no new PT2 releases to fix potential issues caused by poker sites upgrading their software.
  2. There will be no PT2 technical support to assist in using the software.
  3. You can continue to use PT2 indefinitely (albeit unsupported) as long as the software continues to work with the poker site(s) that you are playing on.
  4. We will continue to generate new PT2 codes for current PT2 owners.
What happens when PT2 no longer works on the site(s) that I play on?
You will need to upgrade to PokerTracker 3 in order to receive updated software. As an existing PokerTracker customer, you are entitled to an upgrade discount. Please see the link below which explains the discount(s) that you are eligible to receive along with instructions on how to obtain the discount(s):

We would like to thank every PokerTracker Holdem v2 customer in helping PokerTracker become the leading poker tracking and analysis software tool on the market. And we look forward to you helping us live up to that reputation with PokerTracker 3.

Best regards,

Pat, Josh, and Derek
