These don't look like the names of files that PokerStars saved on the hard drive. What they look like are files you created from emailed hand histories, is that correct? If so, then the problem is probably the lines are wrapped, read this FAQ

Looks like Stars has boned it up again. I just fired up my lappy and Stars notified me of an update. Now it's giving me "Unable to get the game date (2)..." errors.

It was working fine on, uh, Friday.

I'm using 2.17.02a.
