Did you check the folder where you are telling PT to look for the files in to see if they are there? Click the Help link at the top right corner of the PokerStars auto-import window and make sure you have Stars setup to save the files to the hard drive and that you are pointing PT to the right folder like it details there.

aaaahhhhh lol ok , i found the problem thanks

i change the HH folder location , i don,t know why .

maybe to drunk ;P joke

What doesn't work exactly? Are you still getting errors? If so, what are they?
Is it telling you that no new hands were found? If so, then it's probably because you aren't running PT AND PokerStars as administrator. You need to be running ALL you poker software as administrator.

hello

in fact, i just can't open PokerTracker since i have update it, when i click on the PT's icon , the message box from vista, close the program directly.
the problem come from the update IMO . and of course, i can't re-install the soft, because of the License number ...

thank you

ps : i always run the soft on admin.
