Poker Tracker not importing from absolute

There was a software update this morning from Absolute (Cerius). It appears that I am no longer able to automatically update hands. Anyone else experieincing this problem as a result of the update?

Are you getting errors??? You need to be a lot more specific than this. What EXACTLY is happening?

They had an update today, they change the format for how they show how many chips players have on the tables.

I cant get tourney tables heres the error message that might help the others too: Unable to get the limit structure (1) for tournament game # 1540276645

I only have the problem with tourney hands importing the rest seem to be ok. I have noticed they removed the dollar amounts at the tourney tables and now just use numbers. Does that matter?

Yes, that matters, they removed the "$" from all of the tournament hand histories. PT2 was looking for that marker to determine what the chip counts, betting actions, blinds, amounts won, etc, etc were and without that it can't import these hands.

I am out of town at the moment and won't be returning until next Tues. eve so I will have to look at it then. I might be able to get to it before that but I can't guarantee it.

I play single table sit and go almost exclusively. I have become VERY reliant on Tracker.

Thanks for the fine support on this. I had been emailing Ptracker a number of times on this in the last few days and they responded every time. I look forward to the patch.

Smoky, I believe I told you that PT3 wouldn't import these hands either. That's only partially correct. PT3 WILL NOT import the "play money" hands, those from the free-rolls you played (I don't believe it ever did this so that might be an item for the PT3 suggestion list) but it WILL import (I just tested it) the other tournament hands that were played with a real money buy-in/fee. As long as the hand history says "real money" in it, they should import into PT3.

Thanks so much for your suppport.

The one ting I do not understand is the relationship between PT2 and PT3. I would not upgrade to PT3 if it was not to your liking. Nothing beats the support of PT2!

PT3 is being done by the guys that did PokerAce. I am no longer able to devote the time that is required to support/develop PT so they are taking over giving PT the makeover that it needed.
